NEW RESIDENCE TO EXISTING HOUSE - NORTHCOTE Refurbishment and extension to a turn-of-the-century original house on the banks of Merri Creek, Northcote. Retaining original character whilst extending living, kitchen and dinning areas. Refurbished bedrooms and bathrooms along with new 'layered' decking to the creek bank.
